The UDF campaign in
Kottayam is expected to change gear and enter a high
profile nature in the coming days with Stale level
leaders of the UDF arriving for the campaign of Jose K.
Mani. Leading the list is KPCC president Ramesh
Chennithala on Wednesday, followed by Union Minister for
Overseas Indian Affairs Vayalar Ravi and Union Minister
for Defence A. K. Antony.
Meanwhile Mr. K.M. Mani completed the
second round of campaign in the constituency with a
successful tour to the newly-added segment Piravom on
Tuesday. The home turf of KC (Jacob) leader Mr.T. M.
Jacob, Mr. K.M. Mani was accompanied by Mr. T.M. Jacob
when he visited Irumbanam, Karingachira and
Chottanikkara areas. The DCC president V. J. Paulose,
Dominic Presentation, M. P. Paulose and others spoke at
the various corner meetings. |
